A through-line shared across each of the fine art series is a sustained engagement with liminality—moments that hover between one condition and another, or register both simultaneously: stillness and motion, intention and chance, stasis and flux. The site’s rubric, Stil/Moving, situates the work within an ongoing investigation of time, motion, light, and form. Across the body of work, movement and duration are intrinsic to the images. Photographs that appear static nonetheless carry temporal weight, while longer exposures render duration materially visible. The images occupy an unresolved space in which opposing propositions remain equally plausible.

I like art that, in a sense, ‘creates itself’. Or at the very least, is collaborative with the artist. Within my work, I relinquish the idea of complete control, and rather rely on random interactions - movement of subject, camera, and nature - to express themselves independently. What I aim to express are the results of these interactions.
